Free Fitness Tampa Bay!

NO excuses people! Tampa has great, fun and free fitness classes for you to check out! So don’t wait until the New Year to get fit and fabulous!! I’ll highlight my top 3 and please feel free to interject your faves!!
Yoga in the Park – Downtown Yoga Sunday’s (5-6pm)
What better a back drop to do your downward facing dog than Curtis Hixon Park with about 100 other practicing yogis. Francine and her crew offer this class nearly every Sunday at 5:00 rain, shine or wild event it doesn’t matter! Be sure to also check out her studio and challenge yourself with something new like ‘swing yoga’. Namaste!
Lululemon – Sunday and Monday (except first Sunday of the month)
Offers a great 5K running club on Monday evenings, and wonderful yoga on Saturday’s at 9:00. What a great way to spice up your workout schedule! Don’t forget to pick up some cute outfits on the way out, once you go Lulu you can’t go back! They also do fun events like ‘Wicked Yoga’ and ‘Glow Yoga’ – check their board for upcoming offerings.
Bamboozle – Wednesday Evenings from 6-7
Another free and fab workout for you urbanites- Tampa Crossboot! And guess what? 20%off your tab after your workout! This food is delicious AND healthy. I love the red curry tofu (steamed not fried of course).
So there you go! You can work out 3 days a week for FREE!
